Solid seasoned softwood joinery and riven eco slate roof tiles, delivered as a ready-to-fit fully assembled front door or porch canopy. Fit it yourself over a weekend, or let one of our joiners finish it in half a day.

Easy to fit in half a day (you need an extra pair of hands to help), with our free support line, or add professional fitting and we'll do it for you.

We offer two porch canopy styles — flat for a clean, sheltered ledge, or pitched for a traditional gable that steps proud of the door.

Materials
Joinery you can run your hand along.
Every frame is cut from seasoned softwood, cut and sanded down in our workshop — not a kit of plastic brackets pretending to be timber. The rafter ends are cut by hand, because it is what your eye lands on first.
Left untreated, the wood silvers gracefully over the years, and the trusses read as part of the house rather than a temporary awning. We recommend either treating, oiling or painting the wood to preserve it further.

How long does fitting take?
Normally fitting takes just a few hours with the help of an extra pair of hands.
Do I need planning permission?
Most canopies are exempt for a porch of this size and projection in the UK, but do contact your local planning team if you have any concerns.
What's included in the kit?
The full seasoned softwood frame, hardware, riven eco slate tiles, all fixings and a printed step-by-step guide.
How does the softwood weather?
It slowly silvers to the same soft tone as reclaimed timber. To keep the original colour, treat or oil the timber once fitted and again every year or two. Alternatively paint the timber to your required colour.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 5 year guarantee on the frame and the riven eco roof tiles.
